You must not share your account details with any third party. spade66 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify spade66 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
Members may fund their spade66 account using the payment methods available at the time of deposit, which may include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, and other Malaysian banking channels as made available by spade66 from time to time. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times are as displayed in the platform's Cashier section.
Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically and operationally possible. Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. Members must have complied with any applicable wagering requirements before withdrawing funds received as bonuses. spade66 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed established thresholds or display characteristics associated with financial risk.
All account balances on spade66 are maintained in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) by default for Malaysian members, unless otherwise specified. Exchange rates applied to non-MYR transactions are set by spade66 and may include a spread.
All deposits are final and non-refundable except where spade66 is required by law or these Terms to return funds. Bets that have been accepted and settled are final subject to the dispute resolution provisions of these Terms.
All betting and gaming activity on spade66 is governed by the specific product rules applicable to each game type, available within the relevant product section of the platform. These product-specific rules are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
spade66 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed after an event has commenced, bets containing manifest errors in odds, or bets that exceed applicable stake limits. Bets accepted in error — including due to system malfunction or the display of incorrect odds — may be voided by spade66, with stakes refunded to the member's account.
Any dispute regarding the outcome or settlement of a bet or game must be submitted to spade66 support within 30 calendar days of the relevant event. spade66's decision on all disputes is final and binding, subject only to applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, spade66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
spade66 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors or malicious code, or that any content on the platform is accurate, complete, or up to date. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
spade66 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, spade66 reserves the right to withhold all balances pending investigation. Where closure results from a member's voluntary request and no breach is identified, the account balance will be returned to the member via the withdrawal method on file, subject to completion of KYC.

Self-exclusion requests submitted to spade66 will be processed within 24 hours. During self-exclusion, spade66 will make all reasonable efforts to prevent further marketing communications and deny platform access. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which spade66 is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through spade66's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body as designated by spade66 from time to time.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect proprietary rights or confidential information.
spade66 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, spade66 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice to registered members via the email address on file. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must notify spade66 and cease using the platform before the effective date of the amendment. Any bets placed or games completed before the effective date of an amendment will be governed by the Terms in force at the time of the relevant activity.
